• Diameters: 12 mm to 500 mm pipe OD.
• Materials: 304L, 316L, Duplex 1.4462, Super-Duplex 1.4501, Titanium, Hastelloy C-276, Inconel 625.
• Mounting: weld plates, threaded rod, beam clamps, anchor base, sliding shoes.
• Liners: EPDM, Silicone (VMQ), PTFE, FKM, NBR — all material grades.
• Packaging: bulk, individual ESD, double-bagged cleanroom, branded with customer logo.
Engineering process

2. Engineering quote within 48 hours.
3. Prototype run in 5 business days (NRE charges apply).
4. Approval samples shipped before production release.
5. Production lead time: 3-4 weeks for stainless, 6-8 weeks for special alloys.
