• Vibration from positive-displacement milk pumps loosens single-bolt clamps — use 2-bolt sets with self-locking nuts.
• Mounting brackets in cold-rooms must accept thermal expansion without binding — pair clamps with sliding pipe shoes.
Recommended NIBRO build
Body: 316L (V4A) double-bent profile. Liner: white EPDM, FDA compliant, 60-80°C continuous + 95°C sanitisation. Bolts: A4-70 with DIN 985 nylock. Mounting: weld plate or backing rail in matched 316L.
